Mount lebanon opened in May 2017 and is located in the prime location on West Street. Since then, the friendliest Chef in town, Sizar Al-Andari has been serving quality interpretations of classic dishes.
Mount Lebanon’s interior, features an open floor with seating for one at the bar to 6 person dining table and more. The first floor level restaurant offers the choice to observe passers-by through the huge windows or watch the art of cooking as it occurs in the open-kitchen dining room.
What makes us different to other Middle East restaurants is based in the international background of Sizar Al-Andari, our resident Chef, he owns a wide experience in international destinations, understanding taste and habits of our customers.
What you can expect in your visit: the culinary traditions and practices originating from Lebanon, are based in the Mediterranem heritage. It includes an abundance of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and seafood. Our Poultry is eaten more often than red meat, but you can chose also lamb and goat
Lebanese cuisine is among the healthiest food in the world because of their ingredients and the way we cook. Health Line puts Lebanese food in #10 for the world's top healthiest cuisines because of the low-fat options such as hummus, tabbouleh and other dips and salad
Our cousine is inspired by the Mediterranean sea, with olive oil, garlic, vegetables… and manmy different herbs and species.

SIZAR AL-ANDARI
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Cooking is his passion from a kid, when he spent hours watching his mother preparing the dinner for the family supported by his grandma. For this kid, nothing was better than smell the aroma of the grilled lamb, combined with the herbs from the nearby mountains.
Rapidly he learned the critical rules of any kitchen, good natural ingredients, organisation and cleaning, a personal touch and passion for the dishes he was cooking. At the age of 19 he left the country following the dream of learning from the best in different countries.
Luckily he arrived to Steel City to settle with his family, opening Mount Lebanon, supervising daily operations and spending the time between the market looking for fresh aliments, and the kitche. Sizar Al-Andary is feeling himself another member of the Sheffield community.
